Help The Children Fund Raiser
(ContentDesk) November 18, 2004 -- CAN City Site Independent Agents from around the UK have decided to do something really special for the 25th Birthday of the BBC's Children in Need by taking a fund raising event in to the virtual world of the Internet and donating all of their net proceeds from their websites until May 31, 2005. On the website, members of the public can purchase an International Discount Card providing them with discounts at thousands of businesses world-wide including holidays, flights, hotel accommodation, car hire, restaurant meals and much more… The aim of the independent agents is to sell 250,000 cards in the next six months with all net income being donated to the BBC Children in Need Appeal 2004. The website also contain a complete UK business directory. We are looking to find 250,000 business owners around the UK to list their business in our directory. All Independent agents net earnings will be donated to the BBC Children in Need Appeal 2004 If we can achieve our aim we will be able to donate over £1 million to the BBC Children in Need Appeal.

The event is an Internet based event and purchases and registrations can be made through our websit: http://www.can-children.com, which has been specially built for the purpose of raising funds for the BBC Children in Need Appeal 2004. Start date 15th November 2004 until 31st May 2005..
